Deb is the director of Hillcrest Community Services and Bridging Counseling and a pastor at Hillcrest Chapel. She has over ten years of experience in pastoral care and counseling with an emphasis in individual, marriage & family, sexuality, trauma and grief & loss. Matthew Meyer - MC - Matt approaches therapy from an eclectic variety of perspectives including Family Systems, Object Relations, Attachment, and Behavioral Theories. He has completed intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (D.B.T.), Emotionally Focused Therapy (E.F.T.), and Satir Therapy. Matt is also part of MiddlePath Counseling, a group of DBT practitioners. Clients are viewed in the context of their relationships with others and how those relationships impact current levels of functioning. Therapy is collaborative, holistic, and flexible, with intentions tailored to empower and meet specific goals set by the client. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and twins. Her work has focused on providing services to individual adults, couple or family therapy settings to facilitate the rediscovery of hope, the initiation of change and the unburdening of problems ranging from deep sadness and anxiety to relational gridlock and unhealthy relationships with one’s own body and food. Kellie has a special interest in the ways that our emotional, relational and physical health are inextricably related and has completed additional training and professional experience working with those struggling with chronic medical conditions.
