Bridging Counseling is an associate of Hillcrest Community Services (HCS). HCS networks with a number of human services agencies around Whatcom County including:

Financial Assistance and Skills Training:

• Interfaith Coalition: A partnership of more than 40 congregations in Whatcom County . Pooling financial and voluteer resources to meet housing, healthcare, and other needs (http://www.interfaith-coalition.org/).
• Love INC: A self-help program designed to help people find their way out of financial difficulties and into a debt-free way of living. Services include Budget counseling sessions (www.loveinc.org/)
• The Whatcom Dream: Inspiring individual and community transformation. Free financial skills classes (http://www.thewhatcomdream.org/). 
• Opportunity Counsel: Providing a range of services including helping people in crisis meet immediate needs while providing long-term support.We shelter people who are homeless, feed people who are hungry, prepare young children for school, help keep people safe and warm through the winter, and more (http://www.oppco.org/).
