Jonathan is the Director of Alumni and Friends for the Mission of Young Life.  With over 70 years of history, Young Life has been used to impact millions of people world-wide.  Young Life Alumni and Friends is committed to "Engaging alumni and friends of Young Life, that they may go deeper in their faith, while growing the Young Life mission through their active involvement."  In short, Jonathan is steering an effort that  impacts people throughout the world, and from many different ages and eras.  From high school graduates to retirees, we are seeking to stay connected to those currently involved, re-connect with those they have lost touch with and, together, "reach a world of kids."  they currently impact over 1.1 million teenagers a year.  Their goal is to be reaching 2 million annually by 2016.

Jonathan has been on Young Life staff since 1990 and has served as area director in three different areas in the northwest, including Bellingham for 14 years.  Jonathan is married to Janet and they have three teenage children, Erika, Kaelyn, and Zachary (and a very cool dog named Scout).  They loe to hike, mountain bike, read and write.
